Our Returns Policy

All parts supplied may only be returned within 30 days of original supply date to be assessed for credit. Any attempt to return unused parts that exceed the 30 days will be rejected.

All returns must be pre-authorised by submitting an appropriate return form (link below) and may be subject to restocking/handling fee of up to 15% at the discretion of Express Spares. Items which are special order are not eligible for return.
